Can I continue with my current employment while I build my PMI Franchise business?

Do I need an office?
A new franchisee is NOT required to have an office. PMI allows their franchisees to start from a home office, however PMI strongly urges franchisees to get an office or at least an office in an executive suite as soon as possible.
What are the start-up costs?
The investment level required to participate in a Property Management Inc. franchise is $25,000 to $46,250.
These fees include:
