About Managing Agent Jess Irvin

Jess is a Albuquerque local and takes pride in knowing the area. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has over 15 years of commercial and residential property management experience. His extensive experience in residential and commercial management has equipped him with a wide-ranging knowledge of property types, markets and management techniques and has demonstrated exceptional skill in directing several major property renovations.

Jess has been responsible for maintaining and increasing asset value for residential, multi-tenant, and commercial property throughout his career. Jess' responsibilities include asset management, financial and lease administration, supervision of on-site maintenance staff, tenant relations, project management, on-site inspection and daily operations, investor and vendor relations and contract management, and monthly reporting.

Not only does Jess have many years of experience as a Property Manager and leasing professional, but he really has a knack for customer service. While combining his experience and great customer service skills, clients trust that he will do a great job of protecting their most valuable asset.
